Delivery Policy

Delivery processing time
• Processing time: 1 – 3 business days
• Delivery time: 2 – 5 business days (depending on location)

Important Notes:
• Delivery times may vary during sales or peak periods.
• Couriers operate on business days only.
• Elevate Goods is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in Delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery rates
Delivery is calculated at checkout.

Deliver to
Elevate Goods delivers to addresses within South Africa.

Delivery confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has delivered containing your tracking number(s).

Damages
Elevate Goods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during Delivery. If your order is received damaged or lost, please contact the Courier company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
